If you feel you would like to help to support the preservation of domestic livestock please let us know.  Below are a few ways you can help.  

For example, if you are thinking of keeping backyard poultry, try a rare breed instead of cross breeds.  A breeding pair of a rare breed of fowl would reproduce thus contribute to saving the breed.  The same goes for keeping a goat or pig as a pet.  Consider keeping a pair of a rare breed of livestock instead of a cross breed.  Even buying a rare breed as a pet or lawnmower helps because if you buy one then the breeder will breed more to sell to others.
